How It Works:

Refer a Candidate: Submit the details of someone you know who might be interested in a new role.

We Do the Rest: If we’re not already aware of the candidate and they’re successfully placed in a permanent position through us, the process begins.

Your Reward Awaits: Once your referred candidate successfully starts a job through TPF Recruitment and completes their probation period, you’ll receive a voucher.

£200 for candidates up to £49,999 and £500 for candidates over £50,000.
